Almex’s CASTRIGHT II™ System Automation integrates all the peripheral equipments and processes involved in the casting operation. The system integrates Allen and Bradley PLC’s with custom designed HMI interface screens providing a very user friendly and intuitive layout. Our control systems boast multi-language support for worldwide compatibility.

R & D Casthouse

For alloy development work, Almex has designed a dedicated research and development casthouse where very small production runs of 1.5 mt per cast can be undertaken.
The R & D facility is a micro version of a full fledge casthouse complete with tilting melting furnace, LARS™ purification system, CFF Filtration, and Excel™ D. C. Casting Systems. All components of the line are controlled with CASTRIGHT II™ system automation.
